You will find a database comprising all decisions adopted by the European Commission since the entry into force. These decisions are classified based on the nature of the investigation (fact-intensive or law intensive), the remedies adopted (proactive or reactive), the proceedings (commitments or infringement decisions) and the manifestation of competition being protected (inter-brand or intra-brand). 

The database will be updated on a regular basis, so that the evolution of the discipline (and thus of the key ideas found in the book) can be traced over time.

In addition, the website features some of the charts that are found in the book.  

Pablo Ibáñez Colomo is Professor of Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. He is also an Ordinary Member of the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe, Belgium.
